ADDITIONAL CHARGES

At my discretion, an additional fee of .10 per page will be charged across all levels for:

• expert witnesses

• technically/medically dense with industry specific language

• exceedingly "messy" transcripts

• pages with more than 25 lines

Rates are based on the time stamp of when I confirm receipt of your transcript. Jobs received after 8pm Eastern time will count as being received at 8am the following business morning.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays are not considered as business days.

BONUS:*

First-time clients receive their first 15 pages free, subject to standard rates only.

Refer me and receive a 15 percent discount on your next job, subject to standard rates only and applies to the first 50 pages.

  I NVOICES

For regular clients, invoices may be paid through Wave or Venmo on the 1st and 15th of the month. Payment is due within 15 days upon receipt and can be made directly with credit card or direct deposit. Checks are not accepted.

For new clients and one-off jobs, billing will be immediately upon completion and return of the annotated transcript with payment due within 7 days.

Payment of the first invoice is required before future work will be accepted.

LATE FEES

For unpaid balances, a  late charge may be added to charges after the missed due date. For accounts more than 15 days past due, no future transcripts will be accepted until the balance has been paid.
