GENERAL Proofreading Services

In addition to transcript proofreading, I also run a general proofreading and light editing business for clean mystery or suspense novel writers. I use MS Word with Track Changes or PDF Annotator. I offer customer-friendly services at affordable rates.

My ability to notice typos, missing words, or punctuation errors is something I have had all my life. I have considered proofreading as a part-time position, but now that I am of retirement age, I have decided to make proofreading my full-time career. I have a passion to excel in this new career opportunity.

Every author benefits from a second set of eyes to double-check their work for those missing commas, spelling, and grammar errors for the best presentation. It would be my pleasure to offer my skills to elevate your project to its highest potential. I pay particular attention to detail and I'm self-motivated. EDUCATION

I have completed the Certificate of Excellence in both general proofreading and transcript proofreading from the rigorous courses through Proofread Anywhere. I have also accomplished the Certificate in Editing from Poynter/ACES.

$0.020 Per Word Over 1,000 Words

INVOICES

Invoices will be sent by email through Stripe. Payment is due upon receipt and can be made directly with credit card or direct deposit.

 A late charge of $10 will be added to charges after the  account is more than 10 days past due.
