Hello, my name is Celesta Lee and I am a transcript proofreader.

Clear and reliable communication is extremely important. I check my email regularly and respond promptly, letting you know when I have received your file and confirming any important details. I will make every effort to communicate all information in a timely and efficient manner.

I proofread transcripts as PDF files using PDF Annotator software. You just convert your files to PDF and email it to me. I will return a PDF of the corrected pages with red and yellow annotations. Should your PDF be more than 100 pages, you may want to send it in "chunks" to be more efficient.

 I will  work with you to not only ensure that your transcript follows the rules and guidelines of court reporting, but also that my annotations reflect your personal style and preferences.
